I want to order by email or over the phone.  How do I make a payment?
I will accept credit/debit, cash, or check.  Credit/debit card is the easiest.  If you wish to pay by check, it must be made out to me, and I will hold your order until the check clears to protect my own finances.  Returned check fees will be billed to you.  

I want to order on your website.  Can I enter my payment there?
Yes.  If you wish to submit your order through my website at http://mythirtyone.com/kimgonzales, you can enter your payment by credit card at that time.  However, when using discounts that I offer aside from monthly Thirty-One Customer Specials, please contact me to place your order.

What is the deadline to place an order on the monthly Thirty-One Customer Special?
If placing your order online, the cutoff is midnight on the last day of the month.  If you need help with your order or are ordering by email or phone, please contact me by noon on the day before the last day of the month.  I can not order a previous month's special after the last day of the month.

I want to have a party but don't live near you (Houston).  How does that work?
I'm happy to do long distance parties and have a few options to make it work.  I can send you a party kit with everything you need to have a successful party in your home or simply by sharing catalogs!  I can also set up your party online and give you access to evites as well as online ordering.  We can do a combination of things to make sure you earn the great Hostess Rewards!  Contact me for more info.

I want to do a fundraiser with Thirty-One.  Is that possible?
Yes!  I would be happy to help you with fundraising for your organization or non-profit group.  We can do just a few items, or the entire catalog. Bridal and Baby Registries are also an option. Please contact me to talk about the details.

What are the shipping costs?
Orders shipped directly to the customer are charged $4 plus 8% of the product total.  When hosting a party, your guests have the option to ship to their hostess and save the $4 fee.  The 8% charge still applies.  Hostess Credit FREE products and Hostess Exclusive FREE items will not have shipping charges applied.  However, Hostess Credit overages, 1/2 price Hostess products and Hostess Exclusives on parties under $1200 will still be charged the 8% shipping fee.

What is a Booking Bonus and how do I get one?
When you host a party and one or more of your guests book a party of their own within 6 months, you get a FREE product when their party is submitted!!  **If 3 guests book and host a party, you can get 3 Booking Bonuses!!**  We have brand new items to choose from for Fall so check out the new catalog!

Can I combine my Hostess Rewards with the monthly Customer Specials and other discounts?
No.  Unfortunately, Thirty-One does not allow us to combine these already-great rewards.  Hostess Credit only applies to regularly priced items and can not be used toward your Hostess 1/2 Price item or monthly special purchases, nor can your Hostess 1/2 Price be used toward the monthly special or Hostess Exclusive item.

How can I know what the monthly special is?
You can either subscribe to this blog and check back often to up to date news, or you can sign up for my monthly newsletter, which is sent out on/around the first of the month. This newsletter tells you what the current monthly special is, gives you a link to host a party, or even join my team. It is a great resource if you may forget to check back here every month.
